As you can see there are many people who have not met the minimum number of volunteer hours (4) to be eligible for awards.  We understand your lives are very busy, most don't live nearby or you're working with a parent or a friend and you don't have your own VIP account.  Because of that we a slightly revising the volunteer requirement.  You may have someone else designated as your volunteer sponsor.  However that person must use the VIP sign up and designate who they are sponsoring.  However it is your respobsibility to find a person (if not already volunteering) to sign up.  Here's the Sign Up Volunteer link for the last 3 competitions
