Waylon Roberts Clinic ~ November 21 - 22

Please Note this is a Date Change due to a change in Waylon's competition schedule

Fingers crossed that the weather will be good enough to run the clinic at Stone Gate Farm.  If the weather cooperates we will be jumping in the limestone ring on Saturday and possibly a little cross country on Sunday. However. if the weather is dicey, we will move to Shenanigans Stables to use their indoor. In that case there will be an additional $25 facility fee and stabling prices will be different. Either way it will be a great time!

To fill out the form simply scroll down to the date that you are interested in and hit the SIGN UP button and the hit the SIGN UP & SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.  Please note: if you are signing up for the 2 day clinic, the sign up is only indicating the first day.   The schedule will be available by Monday evening and finalized TWO days before the lessons. Check your e-mails and the SGF website for updates and possible changes.

Please be sure to include the following in the comments section  section:

• level of horse/rider

• any time constraints or requests - what's the earliest you can be ready to ride

There will be a separate section for what you'll be bringing to the pot luck lunch

If all the slots are filled, please sign up for the wait list option and we'll try to fit you in if a spot becomes available.  If you need to scratch please do so soon as you know so we can try to fill the spot with someone from the waiting list. 

Stone Gate Farm Fees:

Two Day Clinic Fee - $275

One day lesson - $140

Stabling 

• $25/night 

• $45 / weekend

• FREE Day stalls

• Shavings - $9 / bag

• Stalls MUST BE STRIPPED

The Sign Up will be available od Sept 1                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Cancellation Policy: Any withdrawals after the Monday before the lesson will NOT be refunded  unless the spot can be filled from the waiting list or there are extenuating  circumstances.
